(There may be periodic interruptions in those services for The Bank of Nevis Limited’s customers as well). We will work to convert the accounts in the shortest time possible to minimize the inconvenience to customers during that weekend and have access by Monday September 13th, 2021.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”What can customers do to minimize impact during that weekend? ” tab_id=”what-can-customers-do”][vc_column_text]We encourage all our customers at The Bank of Nevis & former RBC/RBTT customers in St Kitts and Nevis to have adequate cash on hand from Friday, September 10th, 2021 to take you through during the conversion weekend.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”What are some of the key changes former RBC/RBTT customers in St Kitts and Nevis should expect after the conversion?” tab_id=”key-changes”][vc_column_text]All customers will receive a new VISA international debit card ; for former RBC clients – the accounts numbers for savings, chequing, term deposits and loans will remain unchanged, while for former RBTT clients there will be a minor change to your savings and chequing accounts. However, this will be seamless and will have minimal impact on how you conduct your business today. There will also be a change in the routing number to perform Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT); and some changes to the processing of in-branch and online transactions.
Another key message of note – there will also be changes to some Products and Services and the applicable Fee Schedule. These new debit and credit cards are verified by VISA and provide increased security through the use of a chip embedded in the cards.
