In preparation for the Company’s 36^th Annual General Meeting (date to be announced), applications are being accepted from qualified shareholders for election to the Bank’s Board of Directors. Applicants must own a minimum of 500 ordinary shares in the Company.

Service on the Board of Directors requires commitment and dedication to the organisation. Applicants should have a strategically focused business background and possess strong leadership skills.

Professional experience in areas including Banking, Finance, Executive Management, Marketing, Risk and Compliance, Information Technology, Strategic Oversight and Governance, together with previous exposure to corporate governance training would be an asset.
